Loving and gracious God,
Teach me to be generous,
teach me to serve You as You deserve,
to give and not to count the cost,
to labor and not to seek reward,
except that of knowing that I do your Will.

Help us as Parishoners of
Saint Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Parish
in our spirit of tithing,
to understand that what we have
is given to us by You and
help us be responsible stewards of
Your many gifts.

We pray a continued acceptance of
Christ's teaching that in
giving we receive,
and that in so doing
we have a share of Your fullness

We ask this through Christ our Lord.
